Banana Biscoff Overnight Oats are creamy, rich, and packed with caramelized cookie butter flavor. Made with ripe banana, rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and a generous swirl of Biscoff spread, this easy no-cook breakfast tastes indulgent while staying perfectly meal-prep friendly.
Ingredients
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 ripe banana, mashed
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon Biscoff spread
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon crushed Biscoff cookies, for topping
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Mash the ripe banana in a jar until smooth.
2. Add oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
3. Stir thoroughly until fully combined.
4. Swirl in the Biscoff spread.
5. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
6. Stir before serving and top with crushed Biscoff cookies.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
For extra indulgence, add an additional drizzle of Biscoff before serving.
Store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
