Description

Sweet caramel macchiato overnight oats with espresso flavor and creamy texture.


Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup brewed espresso cooled

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp caramel sauce

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Combine oats, milk, espresso, yogurt, and chia seeds in a jar.

2. Stir thoroughly.

3. Add caramel sauce and vanilla extract.

4. Mix until smooth.

5. Refrigerate overnight and stir before serving.

Notes

Drizzle extra caramel before serving.

Add chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
