Description

Simple creamy overnight oats base recipe perfect for adding toppings.


Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, and chia seeds to a jar.

2. Stir well until smooth.

3. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract.

4. Mix again.

5. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.

Notes

Add fruit, nuts, or seeds before serving.

Use any milk you prefer.
