Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup dairy free yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
Instructions
1. Add rolled oats to a clean mason jar.
2. Pour in almond milk and stir well.
3. Mix in yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon.
4. Seal and shake gently.
5. Refrigerate overnight.
6. Stir and adjust consistency before serving.
7. Top with blueberries and almonds.
