Ingredients
1 cup certified gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup fresh berries
1 tablespoon chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
Optional: 1 tablespoon flax seeds or protein powder
Instructions
1. Add certified gluten-free rolled oats to a mixing bowl.
2. Pour in almond milk and stir until oats are fully coated.
3. Add chia seeds, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
4. Whisk gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
