Description

Healthy Almond Joy overnight oats combine chocolate, coconut, and almonds for a breakfast inspired by the classic candy bar. Rolled oats soak overnight with almond milk, cocoa powder, and coconut to create a creamy, nourishing, dessert-like morning meal.

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon shredded coconut

1 tablespoon chopped almonds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: dark chocolate chips, extra coconut flakes, or sliced almonds

Instructions

1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt to a mason jar or airtight container.

2. Pour in the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

3. Stir well until the cocoa powder mixes evenly with the oats.

4. Add the shredded coconut and chopped almonds, then mix again.

5. Seal the jar and place it in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.

6. Stir the oats in the morning and top with chocolate chips or extra coconut before serving.

Notes

Unsweetened cocoa powder gives the oats a rich chocolate flavor without extra sugar.

To make the oats vegan, use maple syrup instead of honey.

Add extra shredded coconut for stronger Almond Joy flavor.

Prepare several jars at once for easy breakfast meal prep.
