Description

Naturally sweet maple overnight oats with simple wholesome ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup to a jar.

2. Mix thoroughly.

3. Add vanilla extract.

4. Stir again until smooth.

5. Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.

Notes

Top with nuts or fresh fruit.

Use dark maple syrup for richer flavor.
