Description

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp Greek yogurt

1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Optional toppings: berries and extra maple syrup


Instructions

1. Add oats, milk, maple syrup, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, and cinnamon to a jar.

2. Stir until fully combined.

3. Refrigerate overnight.

4. Top with berries and maple syrup before serving.

Notes
