Ingredients
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 small apple, finely grated
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon raisins
Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Add oats and milk to a jar.
2. Stir in Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
3. Fold in grated apple, raisins, chia seeds, and walnuts.
4. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
6. Stir before serving and add fresh fruit if desired.
Notes
Grate the apple with the skin on for added fiber and texture.
