  • Author: Jamie willow

  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Description

Strawberry chia pudding is a creamy, refreshing make-ahead breakfast or snack made with chia seeds, fresh strawberries, and milk. This simple recipe creates a naturally sweet pudding packed with fiber, protein, and bright berry flavor.

Ingredients

Scale

2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1/3 cup fresh strawberries, mashed

1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: sliced strawberries, granola, coconut flakes, or yogurt

Instructions

1. Add chia seeds to a small jar or bowl.

2. Pour in the milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

3. Stir well until the chia seeds distribute evenly.

4. Add the mashed strawberries and mix again.

5. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

6. Stir the pudding before serving and add fresh strawberries or toppings if desired.

Notes

Stir the mixture again after 10 minutes to prevent chia seeds from clumping.

Use ripe strawberries for the sweetest flavor.

Plant-based milk such as almond, coconut, or oat milk works well.

You can blend the strawberries with milk first for a smoother pudding texture.
