Description

Sunkissed Tropical Overnight Oats bring a burst of flavor, nutrition, and vibrant color to your breakfast. Creamy oats, tropical fruit, protein, and coconut make mornings easier and brighter.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk)

  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese or Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 banana, mashed

  • 1/4 cup diced mango

  • 1/4 cup diced pineapple

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 teaspoon shredded coconut (plus more for topping)

  • Optional: natural food coloring or fruit purée for layering


Instructions

  • In a clean jar, combine rolled oats, coconut milk, and cottage cheese or Greek yogurt.

  • Add vanilla protein powder and mashed banana; mix well.

  • Stir in diced mango, pineapple, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.

  • Mix everything thoroughly. If desired, layer in fruit purée or a drop of natural food coloring for visual appeal.

  • Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

  • In the morning, stir, adjust thickness with a splash of milk if needed, and top with more fruit and coconut before serving.
