Description

Creamy vanilla latte overnight oats with coffee flavor and a smooth breakfast texture.


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup brewed coffee cooled

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Add oats, milk, coffee, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup to a jar.

2. Stir until everything combines well.

3. Add vanilla extract and mix again.

4. Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight.

5. Stir before serving and enjoy cold.

Notes

Use cold brew for a stronger coffee flavor.

Add cocoa powder for a mocha twist.
