  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 12 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp butterfly pea tea or a few drops of natural purple food coloring
  • 1/2 tsp green spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder (for dark layer)
  • 2 tbsp blackberry or blueberry puree
  • Toppings: edible glitter, blackberries, purple grapes, green kiwi slices, black sesame seeds, crushed dark cookies, gummy spiders, magic sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  2. Divide mixture into three small bowls.
  3. To one, add butterfly pea tea or purple coloring and berry puree. Mix to create the purple base.
  4. To the second bowl, add spirulina powder for a vibrant green layer. Mix well.
  5. In the third, stir in cocoa powder to create a dark brew layer.
  6. Layer purple, green, and dark oats in a jar or glass to create a potion-like effect.
  7. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  8. Before serving, top with edible glitter, blackberries, purple grapes, kiwi, sesame seeds, crushed cookies, and gummy spiders.
