Description

Creamy overnight oats with brown sugar and cinnamon for a cozy, sweet breakfast. This easy meal-prep recipe is perfect for busy mornings and tastes just like dessert.


Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: sliced banana, walnuts, extra brown sugar


Instructions

1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, brown sugar, cinnamon, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt to a jar.

2. Stir well until everything combines smoothly.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Stir again in the morning and adjust sweetness if needed.

5. Top with banana slices, walnuts, or extra cinnamon before serving.

Notes

Use almond or oat milk for a dairy-free option.

For thicker oats, add extra chia seeds.
