Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: sliced banana, walnuts, extra brown sugar
Instructions
1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, brown sugar, cinnamon, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt to a jar.
2. Stir well until everything combines smoothly.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Stir again in the morning and adjust sweetness if needed.
5. Top with banana slices, walnuts, or extra cinnamon before serving.
