Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional topping: toasted pecans
Instructions
1. Add oats, milk, maple syrup, yogurt, cinnamon, nutmeg, chia seeds, and vanilla to a jar.
2. Stir well.
3. Refrigerate overnight.
4. Top with pecans and drizzle maple syrup before serving.
