Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup blueberries
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Add oats, protein powder, and chia seeds to a jar.
2. Add milk, yogurt, lemon juice, zest, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Fold in blueberries.
5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
6. Stir before serving and add toppings if desired.
Notes
Use fresh lemon zest for best flavor.
Frozen blueberries may slightly tint the oats.
