Description

Mango blended overnight oats are a creamy, tropical breakfast you can prep in 5 minutes. Made with frozen mango, coconut milk, and old-fashioned oats, it’s a dairy-free, naturally sweet, and refreshing way to start your morning. Perfect for meal prep and incredibly easy to customize.

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup old-fashioned oatmeal

1 cup frozen mango chunks

3/4 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)

1 tbsp honey (optional)

1/4 cup diced fresh mango (for topping)

Instructions

1. Add frozen mango, oats, coconut milk, and honey to a blender.

2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into a mason jar or airtight container.

4. Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.

5. Before serving, stir and top with fresh mango and optional toppings.

Notes

Use frozen mango for the best texture.

Add a spoonful of chia seeds or yogurt after blending for added nutrition.

Will keep for up to 4 days in the fridge.

Adjust sweetness to taste with more or less honey.
