Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Combine oats, milk, maple syrup, brown sugar, yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon, and vanilla in a jar.
2. Mix until smooth.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Stir before serving and add extra maple syrup if desired.
Notes
Top with chopped pecans or banana slices for extra flavor.
