Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup oat milk (or any milk)
1 tbsp pistachio butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup thick Greek or non-dairy yogurt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Toppings: crushed pistachios, cacao nibs, fruit, maple drizzle
Instructions
