Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup milk of choice

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 large ripe banana, mashed

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips, optional

Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. Mash the banana until smooth.

2. Add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.

3. Stir until fully combined.

4. Fold in walnuts and chocolate chips.

5. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
