Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk or any milk
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: chopped pecans, walnuts, extra cinnamon, or a drizzle of maple syrup
Instructions
1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to a mason jar or airtight container.
2. Pour in the almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
