3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder (20–25g protein)

1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips (optional topping)

3. Pour mixture over oats.

4. Add remaining milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
