Ingredients

1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup almond milk or milk of choice

1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips

Pinch of salt


Instructions

1. Add oats and chia seeds to a jar.

2. Stir in almond milk, Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

3. Mix thoroughly until smooth and chocolatey.

4. Swirl in peanut butter.

5. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

6. Stir before serving and top with chocolate chips and an extra drizzle of peanut butter.

Notes

Use natural creamy peanut butter for best texture.
