Description

Apple cinnamon overnight oats with cozy fall flavors and natural sweetness.


Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 apple diced

1/2 tsp cinnamon


Instructions

1. Add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and maple syrup to a jar.

2. Mix well.

3. Add diced apple and cinnamon.

4. Stir gently.

5. Refrigerate overnight and stir before serving.

Notes

Use sautéed apples for softer texture.

Add chopped pecans for crunch.
