Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 teaspoon culinary-grade matcha powder
3/4 cup milk (almond, oat, dairy, or preferred milk)
1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
