Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp Dutch-process cocoa powder
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
1 tbsp mini rainbow chips
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a mason jar or bowl, combine oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
2. In a separate cup, whisk milk, Greek yogurt, and maple syrup.
3. Pour wet mixture over dry and stir until fully combined.
4. Top with mini rainbow chips (optional now or later).
5. Seal and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
6. Stir in the morning, add extra chips or chocolate drizzle if desired.
7. Enjoy cold or microwave for 20–30 seconds for a warm option.
Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste.
