Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/3 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: sliced strawberries, granola, coconut flakes, or white chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt to a mason jar or airtight container.

2. Pour in the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

3. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and well combined.

4. Fold in the chopped strawberries.

5. Seal the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

6. Stir the oats in the morning and add extra strawberries or toppings before serving.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.

You can mash some strawberries before adding them for a stronger strawberry flavor.

For a dairy-free version, use plant-based milk and yogurt.
