Description

Dragon Fruit & Citrus Overnight Oats is a vibrant tropical breakfast made with creamy oats, fresh dragon fruit, orange juice, lime, and chia seeds for a refreshing and nourishing start to your day.


Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/2 cup fresh dragon fruit, mashed

1/4 cup dragon fruit cubes

1 tablespoon chia seeds

12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Splash of almond milk (if needed for consistency)


Instructions

1. Mash half of the dragon fruit in a bowl until smooth.

2. Add Greek yogurt, orange juice, lime juice, and honey if using. Stir well.

3. Mix in rolled oats and chia seeds until fully combined.

4. Fold in dragon fruit cubes for texture.

5. Transfer mixture into a jar with a tight lid.

6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

7. Stir before serving and adjust thickness with almond milk if needed.

Notes

For dairy free version, use coconut or almond yogurt.
