Description

Raspberry overnight oats are a creamy, fruity make-ahead breakfast made with rolled oats, fresh raspberries, milk, and yogurt. This simple overnight recipe creates a naturally sweet, tangy, and nourishing breakfast perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

Scale

1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

1/3 cup fresh raspberries

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: extra raspberries, sliced almonds, coconut flakes, or granola

Instructions

1. Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and salt to a mason jar or airtight container.

2. Pour in the milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

3. Stir well until the mixture becomes smooth and evenly combined.

4. Gently fold in the raspberries, slightly crushing a few for extra flavor.

5. Seal the jar and place it in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.

6. In the morning, stir the oats and top with fresh raspberries or your favorite toppings before serving.

Notes

Fresh or frozen raspberries both work well in this recipe.

If using frozen raspberries, add them directly without thawing.

Adjust sweetness with additional maple syrup if needed.

Prepare multiple jars in advance for easy breakfast meal prep.
